In 2011, FouGen.org was started by founder and CEO Sandy Idigbe and was originally funded by the former Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, now a past UK Prime Minister.

FouGen takes a holistic approach to youth employment and works with a variety of partners to provide an opportunity in education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Fougen is a socially responsible recruitment solutions company, assisting companies to achieve CSR objectives whilst facilitating pathways into work and access to new talent pools. Fougen additionally acts as a go-to hub for professionals to find Job opportunities & Development opportunities across the UK.

10% of FouGen profits are donated to The Prince's Trust Programmes.
