After completing a degree in English BA at UCL, Sandy set out for a career as a broadcast presenter, quickly gaining employment shortly after at the Mayor of London Office as a project manager in the Department of Education.

During this period, Sandy began to recognize the lack of opportunities and guidance for young people looking to gain new skill sets, education, and pathways into employment.

From business start-ups to Employment clinics with her company Fougen. She and her team have been hosting popular masterclasses internationally for government individuals and social media influencers.
